Grease Trapper is made of two layers of baffles precisely placed to allow grease-laden air to swirl, adhering the grease to baffles themselves.
Grease drain down the baffles downwards.

Easy to install with two stainless steel front handles
Each baffle is attached with the frame with two spot welds
Larger holes to drain grease out of the filter Chrome finish with #8 polished.
In order to avoid to cut the filters to accommodate in vent hood, smaller size filters of 8” and 12” width are available with standard height
Washable and reusable
Designed to uphold temperature of 450F
Meet requirement of NFPA standard 96
