Coverage Overview

US Airsupply Corp warrants that covered products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period, when installed and maintained in accordance with product documentation.

  • Electrical components included with the unit

  • Installed per instructions and applicable code
  • No unauthorized modifications

  • Misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, blocked airflow
  • Unauthorized repairs, substitutions, or modifications

  • Corrosion, chemical exposure, environmental damage (if excluded)
  • Incidental or consequential damages (downtime, lost profits, etc.)

Remedy

If approved, US Airsupply Corp may, at its option:

  • Provide replacement part(s)
  • Repair the product (or authorize repair)
  • Replace the product
  • Provide credit/refund up to purchase price (if applicable)

We review documentation and may request photos, wiring details, or basic troubleshooting steps.

If return evaluation is required, we issue an RMA with packing and shipping instructions.

Freight Damage

If the product arrived damaged, do not submit it as a warranty claim. Note damage on the delivery receipt (BOL) before signing and report IMMEDIATELY with photos and a BOL copy.
